A Mechanical Operations Specialist


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled mechanical operations specialist with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to maintain high standards in mechanical operations.

The selected individual will be responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, machinery, and operating systems to identify and correct issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems to ensure they meet operational and safety requirements.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other related equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment is essential for daily tasks.
  • Able to perform welding using cutting torches as needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and bobcats.
