Business Intelligence Analyst (US Tech MNC/ UP 7.5k)Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology MNC to hire an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Project Manager for their Asia Devices & Consumer team. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional business stakeholders to analyze market performance, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver AI-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, or project management, preferably within tech, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries. Proven ability to consolidate and analyze PC/device market data (e.g., IDC, GfK, Canalys) to generate actionable insights. Proficient in Power BI (DAX, data visualization) and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables). Experienced in building executive-ready presentations and dashboards for regional or leadership reviews. Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Familiar with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ChatGPT, Python assistants) to enhance reporting efficiency. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, comfortable collaborating across time zones and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Review and consolidate daily and weekly market and device performance data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Design, automate, and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards for performance tracking and insight generation. Prepare executive-ready presentations summarizing business performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Coordinate regional projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring deliverables and reporting milestones are met. Partner with stakeholders across Asia to interpret market signals, align business priorities, and identify automation opportunities. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI and data automation tools to streamline reporting workflows.
