What the role is


• Plan and oversee official surveys, ensuring they are completed with high response rates
• Provide regular updates of survey progress and statistics to senior management
• Analyze operational data to improve processes and propose new initiatives
• Provide guidance and advice to survey supervisors and interviewers to ensure that surveys are conducted in a timely and reliable manner
• Coordinate with relevant teams to provide solutions for escalated cases
• Analyze data collected to ensure that they are of good quality

What we are looking for


• At least 3 years of experience in project management or data-centric roles
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and proactive in finding solutions to problems
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
