Kitchen Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general kitchen operations, food safety guidelines and practices.
The Kitchen Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Chef in various tasks such as food preparation, washing and cleaning of dishes and equipment, packing takeout orders, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in general kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Secondary school education and a valid food safety course level 1 certificate
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
