We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer luxury personalized services to our customers. Beauty Advisor responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of beauty products. Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our beauty products and services to clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Increase sales and brand awareness by providing professional consultation in-line with exquisite moment. Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to sales. Handling queries on Fragrances/Makeup/Skincare. Ensure counter cleanliness, proper presentation of products/testers on shelves and replenish/pack stocks as needed. Provide outstanding client experience through excellent product knowledge and expertise through a multi-category, multi-channel approach. Achieve targets together as a team while adhering to a visual merchandising guideline that best represents the brand. Ensure long term engagement with our clients and maintain a good relationship after sales. Maintain the store in optimum condition and adhering to a visual merchandising guideline that best represents the brand. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in the relevant industry, beauty industry preferred. Extensive knowledge of Skincare or Makeup and Fragrance products. Possess accreditation in Makeup Artistry/Skincare/Fragrance is advantageous. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs). Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours, pleasant personality and service mindset. Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
