If you have a flair for beauty products and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from youPosition: Beauty Advisor Location: JUNGSAEMMOOL Flagship Store (27 Scotts Road)Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and offering personalized beauty advice. Demonstrate and promote a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and professional tools from JUNGSAEMMOOL Beauty. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and make informed recommendations. Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences. Ensure the beauty section of the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches, particularly K-beauty trends. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role is preferred. Strong passion for beauty products and trends, especially K-beauty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service. Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products. Sales-driven with a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Multilingual skills are a plus.
