As a SAP Licensing Specialist at Cayuse Commercial Services (CCS), you will be a vital member of the Software Asset Management (SAM) team, focusing on ensuring compliance, optimizing license usage, and managing the financial impact of SAP software within organizations. With 3-5 years of experience in SAP licensing concepts and architecture, you will utilize your expertise to interpret SAP agreements, translate them into actionable licensing rules, and configure systems accordingly. You will have prior knowledge of SAP license management tools and be familiar with contract management and licensing compliance processes.Your responsibilities will include extracting usage data from tables for various SAP products, conducting Indirect usage analysis to propose suitable licensing options based on indirect use scenarios, and utilizing and interpreting SAP's current and past Product Terms. Additionally, you will demonstrate functional knowledge of SAP tools such as USMM, SLAW, LMBI, HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, and more. Understanding S4HANA Bill of materials and interpreting licensing impact during ECC to S4 migrations will be part of your expertise.Moreover, your role will involve annual SAP audit experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with a global, cross-functional team located in different time zones.
