Clinical Systems Analyst (Laboratory Systems | Healthcare) (ID: )Have a good operating knowledge of laboratory information system, equipment software, and other software used in laboratory. Optimise information systems to support laboratory team to meet performance indicators. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the laboratory information system (LIS), including test reconciliation from various interfaces. Provide support to all laboratory sections to meet the expected turn‐around‐time including technical help during IT breakdown and downtime. Ensure that all incidents regarding IT system are reported, assist in investigation of incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain laboratory intranet website, dashboard, and in‐house development software or applications in good working condition. Required experience/skills: Diploma with relevant experience and competency Minimum of 3 years of working in a clinical laboratory, healthcare/polyclinics Familiar with SQL scripting, data extraction with Oracle database Experience in writing and implementing policies and work instructions Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
