Clinical Informatics Analyst, Clinical & Health Informatics Office (Contract)Join us as a Clinical Informatics Analyst at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Job Description : Support Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in implementing the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate optimal patient care. The Challenges : Solicit user requirements, perform technical feasibility studies and evaluations, and solutioning design by engaging with stakeholders including Synapxe, TTSH, NHG, and other public healthcare institutions. Perform technical configurations and builds within the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system, including customizing workflows, creating tools and content, configuring decision support, and implementing system rules to support clinical processes. Co-lead NGEMR-related deployments such as system testing, developing and preparation of test scripts, and maintaining system documentation. Co-manage external clinical systems interfaced with NGEMR. Maintain technical builds knowledge base and documentation. Requirements : At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and people management skills. Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to initiate, deliver, and drive projects independently. Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a collaborative team. Health informatics certification, NGEMR (Epic) certification, and project management certification (PMP) are a plus.
