About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ecommerce assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing Luxury Fashion start-up. If you are results-driven, hard working and have a passion for fashion this is the perfect role.

Primary responsibilities

  • Preparing products for the website

  • Customer service

  • Booking deliveries

  • Tracking customer orders

  • Invoice validation

The ideal candidate

  • Is results-oriented

  • Has a strong interest in fashion

  • Is able to work in a team or independently

  • Is capable of handling a high pressure environment

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 2 years full time work experience

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • Fluent English (Other language skills highly regarded, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean and/or Italian)

-Full working rights in Singapore without employer sponsorship for Employment Permit
