**About this job**:
As an Ecommerce Operations Associate at Novela, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce website. You will play a crucial role in driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online store. This position reports to the e-commerce manager and offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our online beauty retail business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Website Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website.
- Update product listings, prices, and availability.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues promptly.

Content Management:

- Create and upload compelling product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Manage the blog and other content sections to provide valuable beauty-related information to customers.

Customer Experience:

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback and take appropriate actions to address concerns.
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ecommerce Marketing:

- Analyse web traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Inventory and Order Management:

- Ensure accurate stock levels on the website.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to fulfil online orders promptly.
- Monitor order processing and shipping to minimize delays and errors.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on website performance, sales, and customer behaviour.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

- A Diploma in Business Administration or related
- Some experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
