Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project director to manage the end-to-end process of a building construction project. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, including milestones attainment, meeting timelines, leveraging consultants' skills and experience to ensure specifications and viability of the project are on target.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects with defined project scope and objectives
  • Develop project scope, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Implement effective project schedule to meet deadlines and milestones
  • Fully responsible for end-to-end activities from requirements gathering to project delivery
  • Accountable for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an established university
  • Proven experience in leading build projects from initiation to project closure
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • PMP certification from PMI or equivalent is a MUST
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
