Production Executive

The Production Executive is self-motivated and will work on simultaneous projects alongside the event management team on the overall development, planning, production, and delivery of meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events (MICE).

Role & Responsibilities

· Participate in external and internal project work-in-progress meetings.

· Interpret the vision of designers as tangible designs and décor while ensuring this vision fits within the budget, venue and production timeline.

· Creates and updates all production-related documents; including design notes, site visit notes, floor plans, production schedule, call list, transportation schedule, inventory requests, staffing plans and schedule, and all other printed or digital materials used in production.

· Manages onsite set-up, build, and break down of events; oversees all aspects of the venue, on-site vendors, and production work.

· Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and technical drawings.

· Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers.

· Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

· Provide effective support to the team members.

· Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.

What You Need to Succeed

· Minimum 1 year of experience in MICE Industry or related experience.

· Excellent planning and organisational skills.

· Consistent, high quality and timely production delivery.

· Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.

· Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

· Familiar with basic materials and design process, preferable to have experience in Events Design and execution.
