Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and accounting tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage cash payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle accounts receivable and stock management, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Process transactions, including online sales and withdrawals, with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and manage invoices, cash sales, and all administrative documentation, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Generate online sales reports and process withdrawals, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between internal companies, ensuring seamless logistics and minimal disruptions.
  • Manage stationery purchases, maintaining an inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Process online orders in the absence of designated team members, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries as needed, providing prompt and courteous service.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
