Visual Merchandising Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to develop captivating in-store displays and layouts that showcase our beauty products. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of current beauty trends, and the ability to work closely with brands' VM teams to execute multiple projects across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brands to execute visual merchandising plans aligned with their identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with brand's VM team on guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays.
  • Manage visual merchandising projects to ensure cost-effective implementation and timely completion.
  • Work closely with local partners to arrange permits and manpower, ensuring strong project execution and preparing completion reports.
  • Provide daily communication and weekly work-in-progress reports to brands.
  • Assist the VM Director in all projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma/degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of beauty trends.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools, and layout software.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends.
