Job Title: Visual Brand & Creative Designer

We are seeking a skilled Visual Brand & Creative Designer to lead our brand visuals across all touchpoints: product packaging, retail displays, digital campaigns, social reels, and creative planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual branding strategies across all touchpoints.
  • Create innovative packaging and product design solutions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Design and develop retail display and VM materials that showcase our products in an attractive and effective way.
  • Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns that engage customers and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive web and UI assets that reflect our brand identity.
  • Produce high-quality video and motion content for social media and other channels.
  • Plan and execute large-format graphics and events that promote our brand and products.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in design, preferably in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, including smart layout, clean packaging, and digital savvy.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of animation software such as After Effects or Canva.
  • Bonus: experience with Shopify, print production, Klaviyo, or CRM visuals.
