About The Role In this operationally rich, high‐growth environment, the Fund Management team plays a pivotal role in enabling our clients to scale efficiently, maintain regulatory compliance, enable digital listing and secondary trading, and ensure robust fund operations. As a Fund Management Analyst at Alta, you will support the end‐to‐end lifecycle of alternative‐asset funds and vehicles. You will work closely with fund structuring, operations, investor servicing and listing teams to ensure that funds are set up, administered and operated effectively — from launch through to investor reporting, regulatory compliance and eventual exit or listing. Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include Assist with the structuring and incorporation of fund vehicles (e.g., VCCs, SPVs, feeder funds) including liaising with legal, tax, corporate services and regulatory advisers. Drive corporate action processes: capital calls, investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, NAV calculation coordination, distributions. Support investor servicing and reporting: prepare investor letters, annual financial statements, audit coordination, regulatory filings. Coordinate with internal/external custodians, administrators,
