Location: Kent Ridge Campus Organization: Office of Alumni Relations Department: Office of Alumni Relations Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Not Applicable Job Description Work with the Deputy Director, Global Engagement, to engage alumni residing outside Singapore. Work hand-in-hand with alumni and overseas alumni groups in various countries to create a collegial community. Curate and organise alumni-focused events and activities in gateway cities. Support the Deputy Director to build a master calendar of OAR events and activities in key overseas cities. Lead and manage global alumni activity projects and project teams. Organise industry and company visits and talks relevant to alumni. Collaborate with other NUS colleagues on alumni activities, where relevant. Staff senior university leaders at international alumni events. Draft speeches for NUS leaders speaking at alumni events, when required. Support other OAR activities as and when needed. Qualifications Recognised degree with at least 12 years of proven track record in alumni engagement, community growth, partnership, or stakeholder engagement. Self-starter who is creative, resourceful and good with people. Communication skills with strong diplomacy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of an additional Southeast Asian language(s) would be an advantage. Excellent project management skills, meticulous and attentive to details.
