Process Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in silicon wafer production. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring process integrity and efficient module operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support 12-hour shift duties to maintain high-quality standards and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers to qualify and fine-tune production processes.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve qualified processes using statistical tools.
- Coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement process improvement projects and participate in Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) programs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or Microelectronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
