Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Engineer, Process to join our team. As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the running of silicon wafer production in our 300mm fabrication facility.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Performing 12-hour shift duties to ensure process integrity and support the smooth operation of our production lines.
  2. Assisting Engineers in the qualification and fine-tuning of processes for production.
  3. Troubleshooting process-related issues and minimizing downtime.
  4. Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area and ensuring safe working practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics and Microelectronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.
  • Good team player.
