Responsibilities
Develop phased market strategies and plans based on company goals and industry trends, identifying target market segments, customer profiles, and penetration objectives.
Regularly assess and refine market strategies to align with dynamic market environments and competitive landscapes through in-depth data analysis and competitor insights.
Brand development and promotion: Oversee the creation and management of the company's brand identity, defining brand positioning and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty; ensure consistent branding across marketing activities, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Marketing campaign planning and execution: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including advertising, social media, content marketing, public relations, and events to maximize impact; plan, organize, execute, and evaluate campaigns, optimizing strategies based on feedback and data insights to improve ROI; identify and target core customer segments to improve satisfaction and conversions.
Team management and development: Build, manage, and lead the marketing team, define roles and responsibilities, set performance metrics, and motivate members to achieve goals; develop training programs and individual career plans to grow professional expertise and skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing or branding projects is preferred. Experience in well-known companies or industry-leading organizations is an advantage. Familiarity with Web3 industry marketing is a plus.
Skills:
Expertise in market research, brand management, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, with practical knowledge of integrated marketing communications; proficiency in data analysis tools for forecasting market trends and evaluating campaign performance; hands-on experience with advertising platforms, social media, and content marketing optimization.
Core Competencies:
Strong market insight, leadership, communication, collaboration across internal teams and external partners, creative problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
