Manager, Claims Services - Property & Casualty Supervise and manage different classes of claims including Casualty, Financial Lines, Cyber and other liability claims. Investigate and negotiate claims settlements and recoveries. Oversee complaints handling and resolution. Lead and manage a team of claims professionals. Train, coach, and mentor junior staff. Guide staff on complex or difficult claims. Review claim files, monitor recoveries, set reserves, and authorize claims payments. Handle enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy. Build and maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries through regular engagement. Collaborate with legal counsel, loss adjusters, and external experts. Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned. Other working arrangements offered : Onsite Qualifications Tertiary education Relevant qualifications in general insurance Legal qualification is advantageous Other Information Operational experience in General claims Technical insurance knowledge Claims technical know-how - Financial Lines and/or Cyber claims experience is advantageous.
