Head of Customer Success We are partnering with a fast‐growing fintech company to hire a Head of Customer Success. The suitable incumbent is a strategic and hands‐on leader responsible for building and scaling the customer success function from the ground up. Job Responsibilities Design and implement customer‐success strategies, workflows, and systems across all service channels. Oversee complex customer issues and ensure timely, high‐quality resolutions. Collaborate with cross‐departments to enhance the customer journey. Build, mentor, and lead a high‐performing customer‐success team. Monitor KPIs and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Ensure service operations comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Job Requirements At least 8 years of experience in customer‐success or service leadership, preferably in fintech or banking. Proven ability to establish and scale customer‐success operations. Strong knowledge of digital banking products and transaction processes is a plus. Customer‐focused, analytical, and solution‐oriented, with strong stakeholder management.
