Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Coordinator to oversee and manage ACMV projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and communication records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and control project costs, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing expenses.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ACMV projects, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, ducting, ventilation systems, and HVAC principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
