Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall success of the Southeast Asian Banking business
Help manage end-to-end deal execution, in particular for Merger & Acquisitions
Work closely with the senior country coverage and product teams to help generate origination leads, and contribute toward the origination and execution of transactions
Oversee preparation of materials for both client and internal presentations, and attend client meetings and presentations where appropriate
Liaise with regional counterparts in the preparation of materials to be used internally and externally
Essential Skills
Experience in business planning, basic financial modelling, basic valuation techniques, and presentation preparation, documentation, and transaction process management
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional capability in Southeast Asian languages (Indonesian, Thai or Malay) would be beneficial
Ability to perform under pressure with high attention to detail
Team/collaborative player able to manage external and internal stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

This role is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
