The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced revenue management professional who combines strong business acumen with advanced data analytical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue data, driving functional initiatives and projects, and leading training across our global portfolio. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in influencing across regions while managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across BI tables, dashboards, and automated submissions.
Oversee data automation processes and maintain key Excel-based toolsets used by the Revenue Management function.
Prepare monthly management reports, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Operational Standards & Training
Maintain and enhance Ascott’s global Revenue Management standards, guidelines, and processes.
Develop, update, and deliver engaging training content for revenue teams globally.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for revenue systems and tools, including CRS, BI/PBI, and budget/forecasting systems.
Supervise and develop the Executive, Revenue Management, and interns.
Partner with global cluster teams to support revenue delivery initiatives.
Lead and contribute to ad-hoc revenue and distribution projects with cross-functional impact.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 5 years in hospitality Revenue Management, preferably with cluster/portfolio oversight.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with PMS (e.g., RMS Cloud, Opera Cloud), CRS (e.g., Sabre SynXis, Amadeus CRS), and Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS G3, Duetto).
Familiarity with hospitality distribution (OTAs, GDS, connectivity flows), rate shopping tools (e.g., Fornova, Lighthouse), and benchmarking solutions (e.g., CoStar, Demand360, HotStats).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (intermediate+), PowerPoint, and Power BI; knowledge of automation flows is a plus.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue performance.
Communication & Leadership: Strong written English, presentation skills, and the ability to train and influence diverse global stakeholders.
