We trust and rely on each other, working together as a unified team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Drive initiatives to nurture and sustain a strong, positive, and inclusive culture. Develop and implement talent development strategies, including succession planning, high-potential programs, and leadership development initiatives. Assess current organizational capabilities and design programs to close skill gaps and build future-ready capabilities. Design and oversee the implementation of learning and development programs, including onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership training. Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Contribute to broader business initiatives and ensure Talent and Culture initiatives are aligned with overall company goals. Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and fostering resilience and adaptability. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on culture, talent management, learning and development in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or technology company. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of talent and culture programs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution. Ability to use data to answer business questions and drive innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
