Job Title: Project Lead - Offshore Logistics and Construction

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the execution of offshore logistics, construction, installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities in accordance with project scope and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient delivery of construction and installation activities by managing EPIC contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Participate in all project phases from tendering to handover.
  • Minimize project impact by effectively managing changes, claims, and quantity surveying.
  • Guide projects and contractors during engineering, review, and approval processes.
  • Attend workshops such as constructability reviews, SIMOPS, and HAZOP to provide inputs and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to construction and offshore installation staff.
  • Deploy adequate personnel with the right skill sets at the right time by efficiently managing resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor performance, manpower deployment, and construction slippages.
  • Promote process improvements and initiate necessary changes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including Operations, Marine, and Wellhead Maintenance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in construction and offshore installation projects. They must also be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
