Work you will do
Lead cross‐functional teams on engagements and be accountable for their and the clients' success.
Define solution and implementation strategy and execute them on engagements.
Take accountability for delivery of engagements within plan, and meeting or exceeding promised outcomes for clients.
Provide subject matter expertise in area of focus and in specific industries.
Support business development through solution content.
Develop broad understanding of emerging platforms and technologies; mentor and guide team members toward expected standards of excellence.
Lead teams to deliver impact to clients through data‐driven transformation and a business‐oriented mindset.
Leverage expertise in a functional domain to enable the client's strategic agenda.
Consider end‐user adoption opportunities and threats when developing recommendations.
Your role as a leader
Understand the goals of our clients and Deloitte and align our people to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction.
Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively; lead by example and establish confident relationships with senior stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional client service, maximize results, and drive high performance while fostering collaboration across businesses and geographies.
Develop high‐performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
Minimum of 10+ years of post‐qualification experience working in a multi‐cultural environment.
Deep and wide experience in SAP‐led transformation programs in diverse industries.
Completed at least 8 end‐to‐end SAP (Treasury) implementations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Knowledge and work experience with SAP ECC upgrade to S/4HANA.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including:
Cash and Liquidity Management
Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
In‐House Cash (IHC)
