We're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend efficiency with genuine warmth—a true maestro who can lead the team with an encouraging smile while keeping operations running as smoothly as a perfectly sliced piece of sashimi. Your Command Performance (Key Responsibilities)Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and train the service crew, setting a high standard for professionalism and efficiency. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing duties, ensuring service standards are consistently exceeded. Guest Experience Guardian: Proactively manage the dining area, handle guest feedback with tact and charm (turning potential frowns upside down), and ensure a memorable dining experience. Resource Management: Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization across the floor. Cash Flow & Reporting: Handle cashiering procedures and end‐of‐day reports accurately. What You Bring Proven leadership experience in a high-volume F&B environment. Exceptional communication and high emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing both guests and staff. A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for premium dining service.
