Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As the key point of contact for employee-related issues, this role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including payroll, work pass process, employee relations, and business partnerships with managers. They will also identify suitable government grants and manage HR funds with these grants.

Additionally, they will provide input on workforce and succession planning, plan business unit restructuring, and accomplish HR projects according to schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A diploma or degree in HR or a related field is required. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. They should also be proactive, analytical, and able to multitask.

A good understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential, as well as knowledge of labor and manpower costs (related to payroll). Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience is preferred.
