  • Position : Tender/Project Bidding (Proposal/Contract Management) - Construction Consultancy
  • Location : Cityhall
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Construction Consultancy Firm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to manage workload, staffing, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Analyse RFPs to define scope, assess risks, and develop compliant, competitive bids.
  • Review cost estimates using historical data, engineering inputs, subcontractor quotes, and client requirements.
  • Lead tender teams, ensuring bids align with company procedures and technical standards.
  • Plan resource allocation to meet current and future project demands.
  • Engage with clients to optimize tender pricing and ensure smooth post-award handover.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.
  • Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
  • Certified PE
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
