Job Description:

As a seasoned Tender/Project Bidding professional, you will be responsible for managing workload, staffing, and resource planning in collaboration with engineers. Your key tasks include contributing to proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations, as well as analyzing RFPs to define scope, assess risks, and develop compliant, competitive bids.

Additionally, you will review cost estimates using historical data, engineering inputs, subcontractor quotes, and client requirements. You will also lead tender teams, ensuring bids align with company procedures and technical standards, and plan resource allocation to meet current and future project demands.

Key to your success will be engaging with clients to optimize tender pricing and ensure smooth post-award handover. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.
  • Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).
  • Certified PE.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
