Our AI-powered marketing system replaces the bottleneck of 10+ tools, agencies, and freelancers with one platform that gets smarter every week. Brands using Needle grow 177% in a year while slashing marketing costs by 62%. We20re growing very fast with 40%+ demo-to-close rates for typically a $15K a year starting package. We20ve raised over $2MM from investors like Iterative, Ethos Fund, EQ2 Ventures, and Goldbell. Now we20re scaling the team and sales and we need an SDR to feed our sales machine, taking over from the founders. Why it20s exciting Join Needle and help redefine how DTC brands grow. As our SDR, you20ll be hunting and qualifying leads for brands stuck in the Messy Middle (too big to DIY everything, too lean to justify $15K/month agency retainers). You20ll book demos, qualify with strategic depth, and hand off high-intent prospects closed. This isn20t just hunting for dollars. You20ll understand each brand's context and position Needle as the system that saves them. Who we20re looking for We20re looking for a hunter with strategic instinct who20s sold to DTC brands before, understands marketing tech, and cares about helping founders escape the chaos. Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years in sales development or outbound sales , ideally selling to DTC/e-commerce brands or marketing agencies You understand the marketing stack : Shopify, Meta Ads, email marketing, creative workflows. You20ve worked with or sold to brands juggling agencies, freelancers, and multiple tools Strategic qualification mindset : You ask the right questions about ad spend, creative bottlenecks, team capacity, and growth goals—so you20re booking high-fit demos, not just volume Process-driven and automation-minded : You constantly refine your outreach sequences, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and conversion Startup DNA : You thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. You build the plane while flying it Strong communicator who can build genuine connections with prospects, not just pitching Location flexibility : Open to candidates in LA/West Coast or Singapore/APAC (remote-first).
