**Job Title:** Senior Shift Supervisor
As a senior shift supervisor, you will oversee API manufacturing and plant operations during the 12-hour shift. Your responsibilities include supervising critical process steps, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution aligned with the production schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience in a GMP environment, preferably API.
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
- Leadership experience in training less experienced chemical technicians is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
