**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the API manufacturing process and ensure smooth plant operations. This role involves supervising critical process steps, resolving technical issues, and aligning with production schedules.

  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee team members to guarantee timely task completion and project progress.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Promptly resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A diploma or degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience in a GMP environment, preferably in API manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
  • Leadership experience in training less experienced chemical technicians is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
