Production Assembly Operator (Siello)

The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for executing production processes in a manufacturing environment. They must be able to independently perform tasks and actively contribute to achieving production objectives by following established Kaizen processes and work instructions. Training on multiple processes and cross-training are part of the role. Performance is measured by quality, quantity, and adherence to deadlines, helping the organization meet its cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow current guidelines (e.g., work instructions, process descriptions, hygiene rules, environmental protection, cGMP, table policies).
  • Independently execute process steps and monitor process execution according to written instructions and training level.
  • Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or issues observed related to process, quality, security, calibration, or documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation (e.g., move tickets, inspection protocols).
  • Report issues immediately to supervisors or HR.
  • Participate actively in Kaizen initiatives to minimize waste.
  • Contribute to a positive working culture.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support organizational performance.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the upkeep of the physical workspace.

Your Profile

  • Completed professional education preferred.
  • Experience working in a clean room environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in production, inspection, or machine handling is preferable.
