Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Adaptable and proactive in addressing the evolving HR needs of our organization. Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years of experience within recruitment and the shipping industry. Demonstrated success in leading the recruitment strategy for a regional or global organization.
