As a key player in our team, you'll shape the product vision and roadmap, drive successful delivery, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap, staying ahead of evolving threats and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver product value Lead the product team to: Engage with agencies to explore threat sensor deployment Foster ongoing relationships with existing user agencies to gather feedback and drive product enhancements Continuously improve the threat sensor's capabilities, features, and reliability Requirements 3+ years of experience in leading/managing a software product team, with a proven track record of delivering impactful product features Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+ or similar)Nice-to-haves Advantageous experience/knowledge in: Software development and/or engineering management Startups or new product lines Industry/vendor/WOG engagements As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
