Job Title: Custodial Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations of a commercial facility. Key duties include ensuring site cleanliness, guiding and training new staff members, performing general cleaning tasks, and stepping in to cover duties in case of manpower shortages.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who is proficient in operating various cleaning equipment and machines. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience in cleaning operations is preferred
- Proficient in operating various cleaning equipment and machines
- Willingness to work 6-day rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and midnight shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
