What the role is: As a member of the Learning Operations & Innovation team, you will operationalise the training curriculum designed by the schools by building and maintaining channels through which training is delivered and manage all administrative matters relating to training programmes. You will also assist the School Heads in enhancing programmes delivery and solutioning with use of technology, including adaptive learning and personification. What you will be working on: Key areas of responsibilities include: Programme Delivery Work with various stakeholders (trainers, facilitators, participants, vendors, facilities management team, business partners) to ensure smooth execution of programme delivery Work with School Heads and Finance Business Partners on procurement of training services, including developing procurement requirements specification for ITQ/ITT when required Assist with identification and consolidation of nominations for in-house milestone programmes Ensure programmes are well-publicised to the targeted audience to solicit sign ups Prepare training materials, attendance list, venue logistics (including virtual venue) and post-programme evaluation report Track and report on training records Learning Solutioning and Innovation Assist with learning needs analysis by engaging stakeholders to understand desired learning outcomes and business objectives Curate courses and maintain training roadmaps to ensure continued relevancy of courses Support development and implementation of learning technologies, including new Learning Management System, and participate in User Acceptance Tests Conduct regular audits and review of e-learning courseware and work with subject‐matter‐experts to refresh contents if required; analyse courseware learning metrics to identify areas for improvement and/or opportunities to personify learning Review feedback from learners and external stakeholders on the impact and effectiveness of learning and make suitable recommendations for improvement, if any What we are looking for: Requirements: At least 3-5 years of related experience with a good knowledge in L&D process Passionate about developing people and is familiar with key adult learning principles. Certification/knowledge in instructional design is preferable Possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills; strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills; good organisational and project management skills Has an eye for detail and a good aesthetic sense Highly proficient in MS Office suite, working knowledge of Adobe, Articulate Storyline and SCORM is preferable Our Commitment to You The AGC offers a salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications, Annual Variable bonuses, performance bonuses and annual increments based on merit.
