Job Title: Clinical Nurse

The role of a clinical nurse is to provide quality patient care and support in a clinic setting. This involves working closely with doctors to assist in daily consultations and clinical procedures.

A clinical nurse must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. They must also be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

  • Perform patient assessment, record vital signs, and update patient records accurately.
  • Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed.
  • Conduct basic wound care, dressing, and removal of stitches.
  • Assist in minor surgical procedures and follow infection control protocols.
  • Provide health education and advice to patients on medication, treatment, and preventive care.
  • Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment and treatment areas.
  • Ensure clinic equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.

Requirements:

  • Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Training will be provided.
