Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for managing membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with existing and potential members. Daily tasks include maintaining membership records, conducting fitness assessments, and guiding new members through our services. The role will also involve collaborating with the personal training and sports therapy teams to ensure members receive the best possible experience.
Qualifications
Skills in Membership Sales and Membership management
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Passion for fitness and a commitment to providing high-quality service
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field preferred
