English Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified English teacher to join our academic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and has a strong desire to help students achieve their exam goals.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, monitoring student progress, and ensuring that learners meet their exam objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, as well as a recognized teaching qualification such as CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL. They should also have at least 1-2 years of experience teaching Cambridge KET/PET or similar English proficiency levels.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills. They should be able to adapt their teaching methods to different student needs and levels, and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching young learners and teenagers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the Cambridge KET and PET syllabus
  • Use a communicative approach to help students build strong speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
  • Prepare students effectively for exam components and strategies
  • Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students and parents as needed
  • Participate in teacher training and development sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching Cambridge KET/PET or similar English proficiency levels
  • Strong familiarity with Cambridge English exams and assessment formats
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student needs and levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cambridge TKT or DELTA certification
  • Experience in online or hybrid teaching environments
