Descripción
Administrar y dar soporte a los
servidores físicos y virtuales , asegurando su óptimo desempeño.
Gestionar el
Active Directory
y la implementación de políticas de seguridad para accesos y usuarios.
Liderar proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica, incluyendo virtualización y consolidación de plataformas.
Implementar y mantener
herramientas de respaldo y recuperación (BIMware u otros)
para continuidad del negocio.
Monitorear el rendimiento de redes y entornos virtualizados, proponiendo mejoras continuas.
Documentar procesos, arquitecturas y políticas de TI conforme a estándares y mejores prácticas internacionales.
Coordinar con proveedores y equipos internos para la implementación de nuevas soluciones.
Fortalecer la estrategia de ciberseguridad y el aseguramiento de la información.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en administración de infraestructura tecnológica.
Dominio en:
Servidores Windows/Linux
Active Directory / GPOs
Virtualización (VMware, Hyper-V o similar)
Backup y recuperación (BIMware, Veeam, u otros)
Redes e infraestructura de comunicaciones
Inglés avanzado
