Electrical Application Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support to our customers.
About the Role:
- You will provide pre- and post-sales technical solutions for electrical products such as drives and motors.
- Conduct site troubleshooting and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems.
- Organize in-house training sessions for our sales and marketing teams.
- Provide technical training and seminars at customer sites.
- Assist our sales team in expanding our regional distribution network.
- Compose bills of materials based on customer specifications.
- Provide customer support by understanding their technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions.
- Conduct market studies and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling low-voltage electrical products.
- Knowledge and experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Hands-on experience in providing technical solutions and support.
- Strong site troubleshooting and application skills.
