Senior Manager, M&A and Investments Join to apply for the Senior Manager, M&A and Investments role at ACCA Careers. They are now looking for a highly analytical individual with solid financial modelling and valuation skills to support all M&A deals and investment decisions. The Senior Manager, M&A and Investments will be working in a fast‐paced environment with close interaction with business stakeholders. This role sits at the corporate level supporting all strategic initiatives across different business units globally. You will be working on high‐profile corporate deals and partnerships to unlock potentials within existing businesses. You will develop robust financial models and drive both quantitative and qualitative analysis on market trends. You need to be kept abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence and market positioning to advise business and functional heads on potential opportunities and risks. This person will be the valuation expert in evaluating potential targets and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions, develop tactical plans and project manage independently. You need to display ownership in leading projects and drive execution across different functional stakeholders. Profile 5 years of M&A experience in Big 4 valuations/corporate finance team or investment banking capacity; strong financial modelling skills required. Highly analytical with excellent business acumen and critical thinking abilities. Strong communicator, highly engaging with strong stakeholder management skills. Self‐starter and thrives well in an independent and flexible work environment. Goal‐oriented with the ambition to build and expand the team in future.
