In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Assist in the development and implementation of brand plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.• Support the execution of ATL and BTL initiatives, including digital, in-store, and trade marketing programs.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth rollout of brand activities.• Monitor brand and market performance using internal data and external market research; provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.• Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting for assigned projects.• Support the team in new product development (NPD), packaging updates, and marketing collaterals.• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support strategic planning.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.**Disclaimer:**When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
