Job Title: Aftersales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service operations and spare parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer communication.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase spare parts sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical service or aftersales support role.
  • Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools, service management software, and inventory management systems.
