If you're passionate about leveraging technology to make a difference, we want to hear from youCORE VALUES Integrity System Consistency Forward Looking Humanity Environmental Friendly Part-time App Tester Work Location: Work from Home (Remote)Job Type: Part-time basis for 3 months (15 hours/week), renewable About the Role We are looking for a Part-time App Tester to try out a new digital platform designed for the modern economy. In this role, you will use the application and share your feedback on the overall user experience to help us improve the platform. Before you begin, you'll receive a full briefing on the testing process and what's expected during the assignment. Responsibilities Role 1: Talents / Gig Providers Register as new talents of the gig economy platform (app) using at least two of the following devices: Windows PC or Laptop Apple Mac PC or Laptop Apple or Android Tablets iPhone Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)Explore and use the app as a talent (gig user). Apply for at least 2 to 3 gig jobs per day (5 days/week, any day of the week). Check the status of your gig job applications and look out for new gig jobs on a daily basis. Respond to the gig employers on their recruitment process. Role play on the recruitment, selection and job acceptance process via the app (chat, calendar, email, etc). Provide review of the gig jobs and employers. Report user experience, bugs and errors on a weekly basis. Role 2: Employers / Gig Hirers Register as new Employer of the gig economy platform (app) using at least two of the following devices: Windows PC or Laptop Apple Mac PC or Laptop Apple or Android Tablets iPhone Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)Explore and use the app as an Employer. Create and post for at least 2 to 3 gig job openings per day (5 days/week, any day of the week). Check the applications to your gig job openings on a daily basis. Select and respond to the gig applicants according to your selection criteria. Role play on the recruitment, selection and job offer process via the app (chat, calendar, email, etc). Provide review of the gig applicants on their job performance (role play). Report user experience, bugs and errors on a weekly basis. Requirements Possess at least two of the following devices: Windows PC or Laptop Apple Mac PC or Laptop Apple or Android Tablets iPhone Android Mobile Phone (All Major Brands)Familiar with Internet, Web and Mobile Applications Ability to document the feedback on the user experience and errors Attention to detail ITE/O Level/A Level/Polytechnic/University students/ORD Personnel are welcome to apply.
